The secret to peace is modesty. It has no religious connotations, nor any spiritual. It just is.
Something simple: A Modest serving of sugar in tea, a modest amount of food for consumption, the modest amount of love so when love isn’t modest, its expression becomes more meaningful, genuine, or new.
And…A modest amount of explanation. Modest is mysterious.
Then there is the preservation, the little left overs, not feeling so exhausted, the less disingenuous response.
Peace. Integrity. More Room for anything if desired.
A breath.
